Bug report form
For reproducible bugs, the form below is the easiest way — it gives us the structured fields we need to triage quickly.
What makes a good bug report?
The five things that turn a "huh, weird" report into a fixable one:
- Room code (the short code in the URL or lobby) — lets us replay the round.
- Your seat number (0, 1, 2, or 3).
- Approximate timestamp in your local time + timezone.
- Browser + OS (e.g. "Firefox 128 on Windows 11", "Safari 17 on iPhone").
- What happened vs. what you expected — one or two sentences each.
Screenshots and short screen recordings are gold. Drag them into the email — we read every one.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge most messages within 5 business days. Privacy and data-rights requests are answered within 30 days as required by the GDPR. DMCA notices are reviewed as soon as we receive them.
If your message is urgent (a clear security issue, or someone using the platform to harm others), please put URGENT in the subject line.
What we cannot help with
- Unblock requests. If we suspended an IP or device for cheating, harassment, or abuse, we will not undo that.
- Account recovery. There are no accounts to recover — your nickname and avatar live in your browser only.
- Tournament hosting / sponsorships. The site isn't currently set up for this.
